  • Introduction

susus, as I called her, was the light of my world.. She was family, my X's grandma, my laughter and my joy. I would have given anything to know of her passing so I could have paid my respect. But, the family I thought knew how much I absolutely adored and loved her choose allegiance to the new wife. Let me say, Susus taught me how to play a wicked game of poker, drink a nice straight shot of Jim Beam on ice. And I'll never forget her infectious laugh, love and and your capacity to share your love with others.

Susus was my life! She was everyones friend. All the neighborhood children could be found on her porch playing go fish or crazy 8's. And she sang so beautiful and i just loved being around her. She was beautiful in her old age, I couldn't help but imagine her gliding across the stage with Fred Astaire as she the most graceful dancer. She was that beautiful, luxurious and graceful in her own right. And the lovely attribute Susus held was that she was humble. She was my favorite person....ever. I'm so sad that because my husband chose to cheat, I lost a best friend and the family I thought I could trust to know just how very much I loved her couldnt even allow me to be a part of that loss. I forgive, but will never forget. Lesson to others, love those who love you with abandon...but be wary of broken people.
