Sue (Tatasciore) Prettyman 1922 - 2017

Sue (Tatasciore) Prettyman of Ridley Park, Delaware County, Pennsylvania United States was born on July 30, 1922 in Bucchianico, Provincia di Chieti County, Abruzzo Italy to Carmella (Cavello) Tatasciore and Vincenzo Tatasciore Jr.. She had siblings Anthony James Tatasciore, Louise Marie Bush, Martin Anthony Tatasciore, and Ann Mary Boylan. She married Joseph Francis Prettyman Jr. circa 1954 in Clifton Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania United States, and they were married until Joseph's death on May 16, 1986 in Ridley Park United States. She had children Joseph Francis Prettyman III, John Vincenzo Prettyman, Jayme Paul Prettyman, Marianne Elizabeth Achenbach, and Lisa Anne Torres. Sue Prettyman died at age 94 years old on February 26, 2017 in Ridley Park, Delaware County, Pennsylvania United States, and was buried on March 3, 2017 at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery 1600 S. Sproul Rd., in Springfield.

    Sue (Assunta) Prettyman,94,of Ridley Park passed away on February 26,2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bucchiancio,Italy,she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo Tatasciore,Jr. and Carmella Cavello Tatasciore and resided in Eddystone before moving to her late residence 62 years ago. Sue was a faithful member of the Church of St. Madeline and loved gardening,the beach,the Phillies and especially cooking Sunday dinners for her extended family. Sue is predeceased by her husband Joseph F. Prettyman,Jr.,her daughter,Lisa Torres,and her siblings,Anthony Tatasciore,Martin Tatasciore,Ann Boylan and Louise Bush. Sue is survived by her children,Joseph F. Prettyman,III (Diane),John V. Prettyman (Vicky),Jay P. Prettyman(Veronica) and Marianne Achenbach (David);her son-in-law Robert Torres; 9 grandchildren,one great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass 12 Noon Saturday,March 4,2017 at The Ridley Park. Visitation Friday,March 3,2017 from 6 to 8 P.M. and Saturday 10:30 to 11:30 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home,311 N.
