    Tara lost her battle to cancer on November 30, 2003. She was the mother of Joseph, daughter of Erin Foster, sister of William and the late Patrick, beloved granddaughter of the late Frank and Catherine Foster, adored niece of Colleen Foster Walsh and Francis Walsh, cousin of Thomas, Patrick and Katie Walsh. Following Tara's wishes, she was cremated and her remains were buried with her maternal grandparents who she adored.
