Theodore Louis Koba was born on February 23, 1948 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York United States to Theodore James Koba and Helen (Andrasko) Koba, and has siblings Elaine Valerie Menke, Susan Marie Stack, Thomas Richard Koba, Donald Anthony Koba, and David James Koba. He married Lucille Stella Koba in 1978 in Buffalo, Erie County, and they were married until Lucille's death on January 8, 2023 in Salem, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Theodore Koba has children Amanda Victoria Lenze and Alexina Lucille O'Brien.
