Theresa Elizabeth (Boleck) Conway was born on October 4, 1911 in Madison, Madison County, Virginia United States. She was married to Francis Joseph Conway in 1939 in Manhattan, New York County, New York, and they were together until Francis' death on October 12, 1977 in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She had children Robert Francis Conway, Mary Ellen Bethman, Francis Louis Conway, William Joseph Conway, and Stephen Francis Conway.
