Thomas Albert Humphrey of Landsborough Australia was born on July 2, 1911 in Barkly, Pyrenees Shire County, VIC to Emily Jane Murrell Humphrey and Joseph Humphrey. He had siblings Charles Rodwell Humphrey, Arthur Ernest Humphrey, May Humphrey, Frederick Joseph Humphrey, Fanny Lenora Humphrey, Emily Laura Humphrey, and Vera Victoria Humphrey. He married Vera Violet May Grinter in 1931, and had a child Ronald Thomas Humphrey.
