Oh Pop Pop
I was driving on Olive Blvd, a busy 6 lane boulevard in Burbank. I saw a small man (he was only 5'3") running across the middle of the street in rush hour traffic. That looks like Pop Pop. I looked again. That was Pop Pop!
Our house was on a little hill. You had to back down and around into a road at the bottom to leave. After Pop Pop drove across the lawn and took out the rainbird for the fourth time my dad made it so it could be pulled out of the ground. When Pop Pop was safely parked in the driveway dad would go down and pull the rainbird out until Pop Pop left. He hadn't Learned to drive until he was 50 and moved to CA.
