He married Mary Ellen (Brozeau) Marcantonio, and they were married until Thomas' death on January 20, 2017. Thomas Marcantonio had children Suzanne (Marcantonio) Self, Richard Marcantonio, Thomas Marcantonio Jr, and Timothy Marcantonio.
