He married Annette Marie Ragozzino on June 20, 1964 in New Haven, New Haven County, and they were married until Thomas' death on June 2, 2022 in West Haven. He had children Thomas Frederick Ragozzino Jr., Michelle Ann Freeman, and Jeanne Marie Vauiso. Thomas Ragozzino was buried on June 6, 2022 at Saint Lawrence Cemetery 280 Derby Ave, in West Haven.
