He married Lucille Rebecca Chastain, and had children Eleanor B Snell, Pauline Elizebeth Bohannon, Lyle Wilkerson Parris, and Thomas Parris. Thomas Parris died on September 7, 1942 in Tahlequah, and was buried at Parris Cemetery.
