He had siblings Annie Louisa (Bulling) Howden, Ada Maud (Bulling) Eaton, Nellie Laura Bulling, Laura (Bulling) Foster, Sophia (Bulling) Reidel, Florence Victoria Bulling, Frances Florence Bulling, Myrtle (Bulling) Williams, Alice Maude Martha (Bulling) Studd, and Ethel Gertrude (Bulling) Hamilton. Thomas Bulling married Muriel Victoria Court in 1925, and died at age 68 years old on April 3, 1965 in Ascot Vale, City of Moonee Valley County.
