Timothy Edward Wittman was born on November 2, 1968 in Saint Marys, Elk County, Pennsylvania United States to John Leroy Wittman and Maureen Catherine Wittman, and has siblings Julia Ann Braccia, Thomas Anthony Wittman, John Michael Wittman, Margaret Elizabeth DeLong, and William Francis Wittman. He married Heidi Lynn Friery circa 1998 in Saint Marys, Elk County, PA and they later divorced circa 2007 in Saint Marys. They had children Gabriela Lynn Wittman, Michael Edward Wittman, and Madeline Anne Wittman. He also married Alejandra Irene Barrientos in 2011 in Saint Marys, Elk County.
