Tommy L. Phelps 1954 - 2007

Tommy Lee Phelps of TX was born on February 11, 1954. He married Sarah S. (Jackson) Phelps on December 11, 1973 in Harris County, TX and they later separated on August 5, 1985. He married Vicki (Williams) Phelps on August 16, 1991 in Harris County. Tommy Phelps died at age 53 years old on October 17, 2007, and was buried at Houston National Cemetery Section S1 Site 2170 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, in Houston, Tx.
