Toni was born September 14, 1961 at St Anthony’s Hospital in Amarillo, Tx. Her mother was Dorcey Ione Vincent and was of English and Scottish decent although she was born in 1943 in Texas. Her biological father was Tony Lee Jenkins but was adopted at about age a year and a half by Dwyatt Vance Stringfellow who raised her and was essentially her father for the rest of his life until his passing in 2010. She has one sister , Dana, who is 5 years her Junior. They are the only two children for either parent
