He was a genealogist at amistad research Center on the campus of Tulane University. He was also a professor at the University of Southern campus in New Orleans at the time of his death. He left behind family and friends around the world. Literally. His legacy will go on indefinitely. I am his blood niece. I was very close to my uncle. I remember him as if I just saw him yesterday. He will remain in my heart forever. I cannot wait to see my parrain in heaven.
