    Local drug dealer, gambler, and married My beautiful blind gramamierr ..Betty Lou Ashinger . My mom told me they threw him off local boarding room house and she never believed them coppers. (I surmise he may have just wanted to be shed of some causal accuantices and perhaps he kinda cared .. But all the rumors were he was with some boy. Which ironically.. My gramma Betty was very dainty and pale with shiny black hair. I mostly remember her always warbling around trying to sing((I loves her immensely..but I never was captivated by her voice)) what I remember of Vance is my mom said he used to turn up the twilight zone real loud when it came on and make her cry and then laugh at her fear because he was amused that she could be so scared of a silly show when he would never let anything bad happen to them..... ALSO..the picture she showed me of them in the argus leader newspaper looked nothing like how I think of him as tall dark and strikingly handsome. In the picture the doughy guy looks like radar from M*A*S*H*...and I always suspected my gramma may have been an afterthought with him..but I know she loved fiercely and she didn't care if the light was on or off. But I do care about the faith between a man and a woman..that is the real equation of humanity

  • Obituary

    I suspect he was either killed..or faked his death..either was the building was called the Albert House in Sioux Falls , South Dakota and it was the tallest building in town back then
