    Velma was born March 31 1926 to William and Luella Stamps in Utica Mississippi. She can to Michigan in order to attend University of Detroit. She attended for 2 and a half years, meet Her husband Printes they married in 1950 from that union she bore E children, Shirley 1954, Printes Jr.1955, and Linda1958. She separated from her spouse in 1959 and worked very hard raising the children alone. She never remarried. Velma died from complications from diebetes August 2, 1999 at 3:02 am at William. Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak Michigan. And was laid to rest at The Holy Sep
