She had siblings Edna Maude Hair Jumper, Harriet Hair Jumper, R.l. Hair, and Merton Still. She married Edward Woodward, and had children Bob Woodward, De Laine Woodward DeWitt, and Jean Woodward Baxley. Verna Woodward died at age 43 years old in January 1973, and was buried in Williston.
