Biery, Angela Biery-Jones, and Shawn T. Biery. Vernon Biery died at age 54 years old on July 19, 2002 in Kill Devil Hills, Dare County, NC, and was buried on August 2, 2002 at Quantico National Cemetery Joplin Rd, in Triangle, VA.

    Vernon Lee 'Butch' Biery July 21, 2002 NEWPORT NEWS — Vernon Lee "Butch" Biery, 54, of Edgemoor Drive, died July 19, 2002. A native of Wheeling, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Harry Franklin and Agnes Elizabeth Peterson Biery. Mr. Biery was self-employed and owner of Biery's Air-Conditioner and Maintenance. He was a member of DAV and RSES. Mr. Biery is survived by his wife, Barbara; two sons, Anthony Biery and wife, Andrea, of Williamsburg, Va., and Shawn T. Biery of Newport News, Va.; one daughter, Angela Allen and husband, Russell, of Newport News, Va.; two sisters, Betty Edge of Wheeling, West Virginia, Kay Collins of Claysville, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren.
