  • Introduction

    Vickie is a strong, dedicated, hard working, generous, stubborn, and head strong woman. She worked and retired 31 years with Bell South of Valdosta Georgia as a telephone repairman. She was a member of the Future Pioneers of America and was quick to visit sick, disabled children in hospitals. She loved to dress up at a clown and make animals out of balloons for them. She also rode a unicycle dressed as a clown in parades to represent the Pioneers. She enjoyed being in clubs like secret sisters, offering help and volunteering her time to whoever needed it. She would sit with the sick, help you clean out closets, pick you up for church, visit you in the hospital or nursing home and so much more. She was a tough woman but she was a selfless woman who loves The Lord and loves people. Her love in life was her horses and riding. She was a member of The South Ga Trail Riders in south Ga. She is my mother, my hero, my strength and I'm so blessed and thankful to still have her.
