Introduction

I was Vickys best friend .we met at m.b Henderson elementary school in 1961,,,we were in the 5th grade ..spent the night 3 or 4 nights a week at her grandmothers whom raised her or was at my parents home.we were together all the time except when we had different classes..we were like very close sisters..we went skating at THE ROCKET SKATING RINK EVERY. FRIDAY NIGHT.SATURDAYS the glenview theater , the Texas theater or Dallas zoo.many hours we walked every where in mid west oakcliff. From .Hampton rd to Polk street ,kiest park to Edgefield to Jefferson.loved to walk all over Jefferson and have cherry limeaides at mccrorys ... I was driving us through (cruising ) SYBLES ONE NIGHT IN 1966 we saw this tall med, dark blond young man 19 yrs old Rober tucker and then 15 yr old Vicky...it was love at first sight..they married very soon after..in 1966, for the next 5 yrs or so I nearly lived with Vicky and Robert.in 1968 I had a son..they decided to have a baby..the. And for the next 3 to 4 yrs every month Vicky and I and sometimes Robert would cry together she had not conceived yet again..and finally after yrs of dissapointment and heartbreaking tears VICKY WAS PREGNANT...WE ALL WERE ESTATIC..THEY HAD A BEAUTIFUL 8 LB PLUS BABY BOY .Jason Robert. Tucker.DARK HAIRED DARD EYED LOOKED LIKE THE KIMBRELLS...AND ABOUT 2 OR 3YRS LATER TO THEYRE DELIGHT THEY HAD ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL SON...KEVIN DWAYNE TUCKER...BLONED FAIR COMPLECTED..JUST LIKE ROBERT AND THE TUCKERS.THEIR FAMILY WAS COMPLETE..Vicky Robert and I. Remained extremely close for about 10 yrs then as life changes and we sent less time together and grew apart physically ..but always stayed in contact ..they retired and moved to Red Oak.I went to see them about once a year by then..Married at 19 &15 ..they never separated...had a good normal fights and make ups...Vicky was mad at Robert the last few times we spoke which. Were more frequent by then.he had Alzheimer disease and Vicky did not realize it she had advanced lymphoma. But she didnt realize that it had metastasized. All over....I received a call from Vicky .,she was in the hospital, said she had cancers a spot in her brain....I was blessed to spend the next 10 days with my beloved friend..She was in and out for about 6 days we remenised about all our memories.she had started to a little church and been baptised.. A few month before..we cried and laughed together..then she closed her beautiful brown eyes the last time ..she was getting ready to go home..she went to be in the arms of our preciousJesus. VIcky passed April 26,2011...glory to God ..she Won..and was free at last...thank you FATHER GOD FOR BLESSING ME WITH SUCH SSPECIAL FRIEND FOR MOST OF MY LIFE..AND THE HOPE OF GLORY THAT I WILL BE WITH YOU ONE DAY ..AND GET TO SEE VICKY AGAIN TOO.. We also blessed to have shared our friendship with Sandy (Sandra)Joyce Graham and hr sister Pam graham..we loved them very much too just not able to be as close,,,not able to spend as much time as Vicky and I did....information entered by Debbie.
