Victor was one of 5 children born to Robert and Amy Ellener Chadwick. (Nee Ross) He had one son and was my mother's (amy corrine chadwick) older brother. He has another brother known to us as Uncle Royce and 2 other sisters known to us as auntie Dawn who passed away circa 1988 and Auntie Josie who died in her 30's from Tuberculosis all now deceased

In 1918, in the year that Victor Robert Haig Chadwick was born, in January, President Wilson presented his Fourteen Points, which assured citizens that World War I was being fought for a moral cause and outlined a plan for postwar peace in Europe. The only leader of the Allies to present such a plan, the Europeans thought Wilson was being too idealistic. The points included free trade, open agreements, democracy and self-determination. They were based on the research and suggestions of 150 advisors.
