Victoria L Torockio had three children, Monique Miles is her youngest. She was born and raised mostly in New Jersey. She has lived in New York, Pennsylvania, California and Arizona. She died from a heart attack/heart failure in Arizona on February 19, 2009 at the age of 53. Victoria was cremated which was her dying wish and her cremation ceremony was held in Oceanside, California.
