In 1936, at the age of only 14 years old, Victoriano was alive when on November 2nd, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) debuted the world's first regular high-definition television service. The channel had a short schedule - Monday through Saturday, 3:00p to 4:00p and 9:00p to 10:00p. The first broadcast was "Opening of the BBC Television Service".

On March 4th, 1933 was President Franklin D. Roosevelt's first inaugural speech addressing the fear of the nation. Fear has often played a part of American politics, but when unemployment was almost 25% during the depths of the Great Depression, his speech provided hope to a nation that was suffering. The most remembered part of his inaugural address was the phrase "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself"...
