During his formative years his family traveled and lived in Vienna, Il., St. Louis Mo., Goreville Il., Marion, Il., Chicago Il., Ft. Benning Ga., Center Tx., Honey Grove Tx., and Dallas Tx. While in High School, he went to Dallas Texas' newly opened Science and Engineering Magnet School and studied AutoCAD, BASIC, MSDOS, Machine Language, and also was in A.J.R.O.T.C. Rifle Squad. After graduating from Marion High School in Marion Il., he went on to manage many fast food restaurant chains in Southern Illinois and South East Missouri.
