Introduction

Vincent was born and raised in Coney Island. He had two Children, Mathew and Samantha-Marie with Kari Ann Ruiz. Vincent was a loving and kind person but was tortured within his own mind. He was homeless at a very young age and worked hard until the day he died. He briefly raised his children in a house that he built in Pennsylvania before divorcing Kari and moving back to NY.
