Vincent was 3 years older than I. We played together all the time because My Mother Irene Medina and Betty (his mom) were cousins. Chato was my cousin. we lived one block from each other and I was at his home all the time growing up . I remember one very hot (90 degrees) July night we were laying on thee floor watching TV. He turned to me and said " you want to swimming?" I said yea and we got in his car a drove up to San Gabiel Dam and took the trail from the El Enanto restaurant down to the swimming holes. I remember not being able to see anything because it was midnight. There were many people there with the same idea we had. My name is Richard Medina and Chato was my favorite cousin.
