Violetta Munafo and Vincenzo "James" Munofo
This is a picture of my Great Grandparents Violetta Grace (Race/Free) Munafo Fuller and Vincenzo "James" Munofo. Violetta was the daughter of Arthur Eugene Race and Emma Jane Hunter who died young, but was adopted by Daniel Albert Free and Lena (DeRyke) Free. Vincenzo immigrated to America from Patti, Messina, Sicily where he was born in 1920. He was the son of Antonio "Anthony" Munafo and Febronia "Frieda" (Cappadona) Munafo. He changed the spelling of his last name from Munafo to Munofo, but his wife and children took the spelling of Munafo. Him and Violetta were divorced and she remarried Frank Fuller and he, Ethel Davis.
