He had siblings Elizabeth Caroline Hosmer, John Cadwallader Hosmer, Kate "Kit" (Hosmer) Crossan, Adelaide Hosmer Lambert, Phillip Hosmer, Henry Arthur Hosmer, Emma Hosmer, William Vivian Hosmer, Percy Thomas Hosmer, and Mary Flora (Hosmer) Oliver. Vivian Hosmer died at age 34 years old in 1930.
