Voyne Worden was born in 1909 in Mississippi. He moved to Raymond, WA in the 1930's with his three brothers and parents, Joe, Pearl, Travis, Darrell and Wendell. Voyne Worden was married to Marjorie Worden in the 1940's, had a son named Voyne Worden Jr. Voyne Jr. died at a very early age. Marjorie died in the early 1950's. Voyne married Helen Yonlick in 1957. He had two children, Robert, born in 1958 and Danice born in 1960. Danice died in 1995. Robert is still alive and living in Washington state. Voyne is remembered as a loving father and a kind man. He worked in the medical electronics field for most of his life and loved his work and his family. Voyne suffered a major heart attack while at work installing an X-Ray machine at a new hospital in Omaha, Nebraska in 1967. The heart attack was a major setback for the family but they all worked together to make the best of things while the children grew up. After the 1971 Sylmar, CA earthquake the family moved to Pacoima, CA. Voyne died 10 years later just after re-uniting with his younger brother Darrell from San Diego, CA.
