Wallace Eugene Comstock of Spring, Harris County, Texas was born on April 19, 1921 to Carl Comstock. He married Corrine Susan (Mills) Comstock, and they were married until Corrine's death on March 21, 2007. He had children Kenneth Mills Comstock, Carl Comstock, Carol Comstock, and Jackson Comstock. Wallace Comstock died at age 85 years old on March 21, 2007.

In 1921, in the year that Wallace Eugene Comstock was born, in May, the Emergency Quota Act - or Emergency Immigration Act - was passed. The law restricted the number of immigrants to 357,000 per year. It also established an immigration quota in which only 3 per cent of the total population of any ethnic group already in the USA in 1910, could be admitted to America after 1921. Although the Act was supposed to be temporary, it stayed in effect until 1965.

In 1958, at the age of 37 years old, Wallace was alive when on March 24th, Elvis Presley was inducted into the United States Army. Although he could have served in Special Services as an entertainer, he chose to become a regular soldier. Almost everyone thought it would be the end of his career - it wasn't.
