  • Introduction

This is my mother’s Uncle Walter; my Great Uncle. I have dim memories of visiting him and Great Aunt Winnie at Easter with my family when I was about 7. He, my grandfather William Hyler Garfield Westhaver, and their parents, emigrated from Canada in the 1920s.
