My Father was a simple man who served his country in WWII.
My father, Walter Jones Ebey Sr., served in an anti-aircraft battery on Corregidor in WWII in 1943 to 1945. I am Walter Jones Ebey Jr. who is adding this to his memory, although I remember little about my father since he and my mother were divorced when I was very young. I only saw him a few times, which may serve to explain why I am so screwed up. I never really had a father. I remember mostly his pet monkey which bit me once. I remember that each new time I saw him, he was with a different woman, usually a s***. I wish he was still alive but he died when I was about 12. Today, he would be 99. My mother was his second wife. She passed away in 2014 at the age of 87. She was born Gladys Marie Floyd of Claiborne County Mississippi on June 27, 1927. My father's father was Wiley Bunyan Ebey.
