PS forgot to say I have a lot of the family history, I have researched it, had much handed down to me and have some documents e.g. records of births which I could send. Are you a descendant of Wilda and Charles Edward Joseph Rook? P.S. I also have records of Ann Mary Rooks brothers, including those who also emigrated to the USA.

If this is the Wilda M Rook who was married to Charles Edward J Rook (1884-1966) son of Charles Joseph Rook (1852/3-1921) who in turn was son of Charles Joseph Rook, born Forest of Dean, England 1824 died Poughkeepsie, husband of Ann Mary Rook (nee Ad[d]ams) (born 1822 died 1900) married St. Mary's RC Church, Monmouth 1846, then I am related to you. My great, great grandfather was Charles J Rook(e)'s brother. I have a family album with photographs taken in Poughkeepsie of your relatives and can e-mail them to you and have also put some copies of documents (letters to relatives in England written by Ann Mary Rook) in the Poughkeepsie public library. My mother spoke of relatives in Poughkeepsie often and wondered how they were all her life!
