"Joseph Sr., Wilfred JOSEPH Wilfred Joseph, Sr., of Vacherie, LA, at his residence on Sunday, April 22, 2007, departed this earthly life. Husband of the late Mable Joseph. Son of the late Gilbert and Almonia Joseph, Sr. Father of Melba Joseph of Westwego, Sheryl Thomas, Wilfred Jr., Arlene, Ronald Joseph of Vacherie, LA and Antonio Jospeh of Paulina. Brother of Gilbert Joseph, Jr. of San Francisco, CA and the late Emily James, Geraldine Joseph, Jerry Joseph and Clarence Joseph. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephew, cousin, 1 aunt, Emily Williams, other relatives and friends. A native and resident of Vacherie, LA. Age 73 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers and members of the First Bapt. Church Highway B.C., New Horizon Missionary B.C., Young Soldiers Soc. and neighboring churhces, employees of Exxon and Artco are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the First Bapt. Church, Vacherie, LA. Rev. L. Garrett, pastor. Rev. A Cotton, officiating. Interment: church cemetery. Visitation at the church after 9:00 AM.
