I don't know much about my Oma's side of the family. She was a child during WWII and doesn't talk about much of her childhood. He had a wife then named Freida. My Oma, Erika, was born in Stettin in 1932. She had two brothers Gunter and Werner and a sister Anita, as well as a brother who passed away in his youth though I don't know the name. Anita and Erika are still alive, but Erika has Alzheimer's and I don't know how to get in touch with Anita(who has stomach cancer and is in an advanced stage), whom I was named for. If anyone knows anything, please help. My family history on that side will be lost with them. I had a Great (or was it great great) aunt Charlotte Klempke (maybe Klemke) who lived into the 90's I believe. I met her as a child in the 80's. Best damned lamb chops in the world!
