William graduated college - first attending Indiana University and finishing at Perdue University.

William was not a military veteran.

William was married to Linda (last name unknown) for approximately 5 years. In 1991 he married Susan Lawrence of Dallas, TX and they divorced in 1996. In 1997 he married Randi Cohen-Bregman. Randi passed away in 2019. William loved to play guitar and had previously written songs and played in bands in Dallas, TX and surrounding cities. He was a huge football fan following both professional and college football.
