William Andrew DeGeare was born in December 1869 in crystal city, jefferson County, Missouri united states to Sarah Elizabeth DeGeare (Née Medley) and Andrew Charles DeGeare, and had siblings Sarah K. DeGeare, James W. DeGeare, Joseph J. DeGeare, Kate DeGeare, Charles Arthur DeGeare, George DeGeare, and Benjamin DeGeare. He married Caroline DeGeare (Née Siebert), and had children Walter Woodyer DeGeare, Pearl DeGeare, Maud Estella DeGeare, Edward Degeare, Arthur Degeare, and Pauline Carmody (Née DeGeare). William DeGeare died at age 84 years old in 1953.
