    I was a baby,I have no memories of my father,except for what my grandmother, Elsie Darlene Bogle/Suggs told me...He used to ride around the block,cradling me in the front of him on his motorcycle..she said I was lucky,I could have been on the bike that day,when the drunk driver hit him from behind,he was suppose to come home that wkend from the hospital,they was releasing him for Saturday, he relapsed into a coma,and bled to death..He had Hemophilia, I have no pictures of him..I was hoping by chance that this site might able to help with that

In 1945, in the year that William Charles Suggs was born, on January 9th, the (over 8 month long) Battle of Luzon began in the Philippines with the United States and Filipino forces attacking Japanese forces - with the intent to take back control of the Philippines. By March, the Allies had taken control of all of the strategically and economically important locations in the Philippines but pockets of resistance held out until the surrender of Japan in August.
