This man entered the residence my father rented from him and wanted my daddy to do something illegal, my daddy said no and this guy threatened my daddies life. My daddy got his gun to protect himself and this man wrestled daddy for his gun. My daddy broke this mans arm before this guy shot him in the head. This man ruined our lives and caused much pain, not only that but he made sure my kids and my siblings kids would never have a grandpa. He changed the course of all my families lives and he got away with it. The Polk County Sheriffs dept did noting about it in fact they covered it all up. I hope Bill Elliott is rotting in hell where he belongs!
