William Henry Thurling 1859 - 1937

William Henry Thurling of Camberwell, City of Boroondara County, VIC Australia was born in 1859 in Geelong, Greater Geelong City County to Robert Thurling and Eliza Craig Thurling. He had siblings Robert Thurling, Walter Edwin Thurling, Sarah Thurling, Rebecca Thurling, Ernest Alfred Thurling, Frank Arthur Thurling, Rebecca Sarah Thurling, Elizabeth Wrixon, Walter Edwin Thurling, and Emily Ward. He married Barbara Maud (Griffiths) Thurling in 1903, and had children Ronald Evan Thurling and Marjorie Elizabeth Thurling. William Thurling died at age 77 years old on October 2, 1937 in Kooyong, City of Stonnington County.

District Attorney and son of Francis Scott Key, writer of the national anthem, for having an affair with his wife. Sickles claimed temporary insanity - the first to do so - and was acquitted.
