William James Dixie Quarrell of Terang, VIC Australia was born in 1893 in Terang to Phoebe Bailey Quarrell and Edward John Quarrell. He had siblings Thomas Frederick Quarrell, Colin Campbell Quarrell, George Frederick Quarrell, Edward John Quarrell, John Henry Gregson Quarrell, Thomas Arthur Quarrell, and Donald Stewart Quarrell. He married Jane Murnane Quarrell in 1912, and had children Eileen Muriel Quarrell, James William Quarrell, George Thomas Quarrell, and Nellie Ann Quarrell. William Quarrell died at age 71 years old on August 20, 1965 in Terang.
