William deserted Sarah and her 2 children Cleveland and maurvareen, in Victoria Australia, he went to New Zealand, she followed him over and he said he didn't want to be married anymore they were divorced in early 1900's, and later she remarried .I was told NZ kicked him out of the country and he went back to New York.
