William John Waylen was born in 1878 at - St Peter's, in Devizes, Wiltshire County England. He was married to Annie Bessie E (Baldwin) Waylen, and had children Dorothy Talbot Alice Waylen, Audrey Alice Vera Waylen, Patricia Joan N Waylen, and Jean M (Waylen) Hunt. William Waylen died at age 77 years old in April 1956 in Warminster.

Introduction

He married "Nance" in Pembroke in 1906. In 1911 census aged 33, he was a Colour Sergeant with the Wiltshire Regiment, living in Roundway, Devizes. He died in the 2Q of 1956 (England & Wales deaths).
