William Vevers Lasslett of Footscray, City of Maribyrnong County, VIC Australia was born on March 23, 1850 in Swalecliffe, Kent County, England United Kingdom to William Lasslett and Sarah Ann (Vevers) Lasslett. He had siblings Frederick Rook Lasslett, George Vevers Lasslett, Rebecca Lasslett, George Vevers Lasslett, Jane Elizabeth Vevers (Lasslett) Hookey, John Vevers Lasslett, Mary Ann (Lasslett) Brailey, and Sarah Ann Vevers (Lasslett) Garner. He married Anna Matilda (Lawson) Lasslett in 1874, and had children Frederick William Lasslett, George William Vevers Lasslett, James Henry Lasslett, Frederick Vevers Lassett, Annie Elizabeth Lasslett, William Arthur Lasslett, Edith Alice Lasslett, Thomas Charles Lasslett, and Norman Leslie Lasslett.
