William Wayland Raggo 1954 - 2015

William Wayland Raggo was born on January 7, 1954 to Virginia Ellen (Rice) Raggo and William Edward Raggo, and had siblings Brenda Raggo, Deborah Raggo, Dennis Raggo, and Denise Raggo. He married Donna Jean (Ensor) Raggo in 1989 and they later divorced in 1994. He had children Ashley Dawn (Raggo) Schreier and Ethan James Raggo. William Raggo died at age 61 years old on June 19, 2015 in Fort Scott, Bourbon County, Kansas United States.
