Me.Fukazawa was a wonderful chairman and person. He was like a grandfather to me. He is the reason I learned to speak and write in Japanese. He always made me want to be the best I could be. I thank him, Mr.Igarashi and Mr.Takeshita for believing in me and their wonderful way they cared for their employees.
