Yoshiko (Sakamoto) Fraraccio of Augusta, Columbia County, GA was born on March 1, 1931 in Japan. She was married to William Edward Michael Fraraccio on November 1, 1967 and they later divorced in 1975 in Augusta, Richmond County United States.
