Taken at Intermediate Spacing Signals 149/150 along the 1903 mainline of the Washington & Cannonsburg Railway is this 1947 PCC-type light rail trolley decorated for the 6th birthday party of a youngman named Caleb. Hence the handmade headsign which reads [ 6 CALEB ] and the colorful balloons.
