She married Alfred Joseph Ruocchio, and they had children John Ruocchio, Joseph Alexander Ruocchio, and Anthony Joseph Ruocchio. Ada Ruocchio died at age 72 years old on January 29, 1997 in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California United States.
